Master of Biblical Studies

The MA in Biblical Studies may be completed in one or two years, including approximately 36 hours of course work with a thesis. No foreign language hours are required, but may be taken as an elective.  Suggested for individuals that have completed more rigorous religious training.

Graduation Requirements

The Master of Arts in Biblical Studies candidate must satisfactorily complete 36 semester hours from the curriculum outlined below.

At least 30 hours necessary for graduation must be taken at Calvary Midwest Bible College. Transfer hours are only accepted with a grade of 2.9 or above (on a 4.0 scale).

The student must complete the entire program in no more than seven years.

Maintain a 3.0 GPA.

Demonstrate evidence of strong Christian character and soundness of doctrine.

Coursework

Master of Divinity

The MA in Divinity may be completed in two or three years, including approximately 36 hours of course work with a thesis. No foreign language hours are required, but may be taken as an elective.

Graduation Requirements

The Master of Arts in Divinity candidate must satisfactorily complete 60 semester hours from the curriculum outlined below.

• At least 30 hours necessary for graduation must be taken at Calvary Midwest Bible College. Transfer hours are only accepted with a grade of 2.9 or above (on a 4.0 scale).
• The student must complete the entire program in no more than seven years.
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA.
  
• Demonstrate evidence of strong Christian character and soundness of doctrine.

Master of Theological Studies

The MA in Theological Studies may be completed in one or two years, including approximately 36 hours of course work with a thesis. No foreign language hours are required, but may be taken as an elective.  Suggested for the student that desires to learn more of existing religious foundations.
